Delivery and Returns

PROCESSING ORDERS

Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Milky Label is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

CANADA SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will have shipping options at check out. We can also arrange free pick up in the GTA; if interested, please contact us on Instagram.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on any non-intimate items (meaning no returns for bodysuits and earrings), and items NOT on clearance, as long as the item is received by us within 21 days.
